WARRANTY

Limited 1-Year Warranty
I WILL AESTHETICS ("the Company") warrants the Utility Duffle Bag ("the Product") to the original purchaser ("the Customer") against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase ("the Warranty Period").
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that substantially impair the functionality of the Utility Duffle Bag during the Warranty Period.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, fading, or natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, improper maintenance, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer such as Amazon.com or I WILL AESTHETICS LLC. The Customer should contact I WILL AESTHETICS' customer service department via email support@iwillaesthetics.com within the Warranty Period.
* WARRANTY MUST BE CLAIMED IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE ACTIVATED
Resolution: The Company's sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair the defective Product or replace it with an equivalent Product. If the Product is no longer available, the Company may provide a substitute of equal value.
Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the Product to I WILL AESTHETICS for warranty service. The Company will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the contiguous United States only.
Limitations:
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Any repairs or modifications attempted by unauthorized persons void this warranty.
  • All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
